This gerbera daisy features large, 4-inch blooms with bold yellow color and a dark brown center. Tall sturdy stems hold up the blooms, and dark green foliage with ruffled edges cover the base of the plant. Gerbera daisies grow best in full sun, if the foliage gets too dense throughout the season, you can cut it back to expose the new buds to the sunlight. Joybera Yellow Gerbera can reach a maximum height of 14-16 inches and should be spaced apart by 12-14 inches. Plant in well-drained soil. In most areas, gerbera daisies are grown as annuals, however, they may act as a tender perennial in more southern zones, such as zones 7-10.
