Collection: Allium - Chives - Edibles

Chives (Allium schoenoprasum) are a perennial herb that belongs to the Allium family, which also includes garlic, onions, leeks, and shallots. Chives have a mild, onion-like flavor and are used primarily as a garnish or seasoning in a variety of dishes. Their thin, hollow green stems make them easy to snip fresh from the garden or a pot, adding a bright, fresh flavor wherever they’re used.
