Walking into Garden Crossings is different from any other garden center. Our friendly team will greet you upon entering, make sure you have everything you need, and offer expert advice to help you find the perfect plants for your garden. We keep a clean environment in our garden center so that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You’ll find yourself walking on spotless floors amongst rows of neatly displayed plants with the sun peeking through the roof. There's no other experience like it!

 

As a Proven Winners® Destination Garden Center, we offer a top-notch selection of their beautiful annuals, perennials, and shrubs. You'll find Bloomables® perennials, Feathered Friends Ajuga, Joybera® Gerbera Daisies, Solera™ Geraniums, and many other unique brands here as well. We have an extensive selection of other unique perennials that you won’t find anywhere else! And if you love custom planters, our "Spot to Pot" station is perfect for you. Plant your container here, and leave the mess with us!

Looking for Proven Winners® plants? We have them! As an official Proven Winners® Destination Garden Center, we carry the largest selection of their annuals, perennials, and shrubs in Michigan. You’ll find the PW brand of potting soils, fertilizers, and self-watering AquaPots. We have the solutions you need to help your plants thrive.

 

Each year, we grow and stock 100% of all Proven Winners® shrub and perennial varieties as well as most of their annuals (a total of over 1000 varieties)! In addition, we carry over 500 annuals, perennials, and shrubs.

 

If you are looking for a particular Proven Winners® plant you’ve seen on social media or heard about on TV, we likely carry it. We offer this brand because we believe in the quality of their plants and know their slogan rings true: it is “The Brand Gardeners Trust.”

Our garden center team consists of fellow gardeners who love to share their extensive knowledge, experience, and love for gardening with our customers. We take the time to listen and won’t sell you a plant that isn’t right for your space. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting started, we’re here to help with hands-on tips and guidance!

Dawn

Garden Center Manager

Dawn oversees our garden center operations, and does everything from plant & product ordering, to running events, to helping customers. Dawn has a love and passion for gardening and she enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with customers. 

Jen

Team Member

Jenn assists with setting up the garden center, keeping up with inventory, and helping customers find the plants they are looking for. Jenn has extensive knowledge on herbs and vegetables, and loves to garden and share her gardening expertise with others.

We're a family-owned local plant nursery, not a big-box chain. We grow nearly everything we sell ourselves and partner with a handful of trusted West Michigan growers for specialty varieties. Every plant is carefully packed and inspected before it ships, so what arrives is ready to thrive whether you have it shipped or pick it up in person.

 

Do you offer nursery in-store pickup?

Yes. In-store pickup is available for online orders. Select pickup at checkout, and our team will have your plants ready when you arrive.

 

How do you make sure plants arrive safely when shipped?

We're experts at shipping quality plants. Every order is carefully packed and individually protected so plants look just as good coming out of the box as they did going in. Our plants are inspected before shipment, so what arrives on your doorstep is ready to thrive.

 

Can I still order from Garden Crossings if I don't live near Zeeland, MI?

Definitely. While our Local Customer Account is built for in-person pickup at our Zeeland, MI nursery, our standard online store ships nationwide.
