Collection: Scotch Broom - Cytisus - Shrubs

The weeping, arching stems of the Scotch Broom shrub are covered in delicate, fine leaves, which burst into a spectacular spring show of brilliant golden yellow blooms. Thriving in dry, sandy soil and full sun, Scotch Broom or Cytisus, requires good drainage and is excellent in containers, edgings or mixed borders. Best in hardiness zones 6-8, Scotch Broom is not recommended for the Northwest.

Cluster of vibrant, pea-shaped flowers with red and pink petals, some tipped with yellow, surrounded by green foliage and small water droplets on the blossoms.
