Boulevard® Parisienne™ Clematis
- Large Flowers,
- Over Lapping Petals,
- Repeat Bloomer
Description
(Clematis) The Boulevard® series of Clematis are known for their compact habit and for being the perfect size patio plant. Clematis Boulevard® Parisienne stands 3-4 feet tall and wide. The large, violet-blue flowers feature ruffled, overlapping petals with magenta anthers. Blooming in early summer and again in fall, Boulevard® Parisienne likes to be grown in full sun to part shade locations with moderate to moist soil. Hardy in zones 4-9, this compact clematis can be grown on small trellis' as well as in container gardens. Clematis adds vertical color to the garden in the form of a flowering vine. In late winter/early spring, we recommend trimming back to 6". Clematis Parisienne color can vary based on bloom time, the amount of light they are receiving as well as humidity factors.
