Description
(Clematis) This is beauty in a small package. Avant-Garde™ creates a very unusual 3-inch magenta-red flower with lighter pink petaloid stamens. It gives the impression of a double flower and protruding trumpet, looking much like a small dahlia. Standing 8-12 feet tall, Avant-Garde™ is an aggressive growing clematis that will nicely fill up a trellis or fence in no time. Quite free flowering, this clematis blooms from July through September, and belongs to Clematis Prune Group 3. Bred for its excellent disease resistance, Avant-Garde™ is a very unique and premium clematis variety! Flower color may vary due to the environment.
