(Mealycup Sage) The UNPLUGGED® series of Salvia has really put on a show in our trial gardens here at Garden Crossings. The compact habit and loads of blooms are a real head-turner. We are excited to add UNPLUGGED® Pink™ to our offerings. The bold, upright, fuchsia pink blooms with black calyx and very deep green foliage are a great pairing to UNPLUGGED® So Blue. The cupped-shaped flowers are an open invite to the pollinators that visit the garden. Salvia UNPLUGGED® Pink™ stands 14- 36 inches tall and spreads to 20 inches wide forming an upright mounding habit. Planted in full sun to part shade locations, UNPLUGGED® Pink™ is a heat and drought tolerant annual. Fertilize regularly to keep your Salvia looking stellar. Little to no maintenance is needed, but if you feel you want to trim your plant to size it down you can. This will promote a thicker and fuller plant. Salvia UNPLUGGED® Pink™ is a great selection for landscape borders, mass plantings, and container combinations.
