Collection: Stonecrop - Sedum - Annuals

Sedum is an easy-care foolproof plant that deserves a place in every garden. The low growing, succulent foliage is heat and drought tolerant and spreads to create a mounded mass of color. Sedum performs best in full sun, but can tolerate light shade. It requires well-draining soil, but can withstand poor soils making it a no fuss plant. Sedum can be used as a border plant, to soften the edge of a retaining wall, as an accent in the rock garden, or as a filler in containers. It even makes a great houseplant if given an area with bright light. Annual Sedum is typically hardy in zones 7-11, making it perennial for the lower portion of the country.
