Boulevard® Corinne™ Clematis

(Clematis) Soft and subtle is how I would describe Boulevard® Corinne™ Clematis! This clematis features white blooms with a faded purple stripe running down the middle of each petal. The petals have soft, ruffled edges giving it a unique appearance. Compact in comparison to other clematis, it can reach a maximum height of 6 feet. We recommend letting it climb up a trellis or arch, and it can even be planted in patio containers. It is a heavy bloomer and will bloom from June through August. Boulevard® Corinne™ Clematis is part of prune group 2 so the first round of blooms will bloom on last year's growth while the blooms later on in the season will bloom on new growth. We recommend cleaning up your clematis in the early spring (February or March), pruning it to shape, and giving it a nice trim by removing about a foot off each stem. Clematis are a great way to add vertical interest and color to the garden! They also pair well with other clematis mix and match for long-season color.
