Maturing 6 weeks faster than other varieties, Fast Vantage has large 2-2.5 pound heads that have dark green outer leaf wrap and inside a short core and tight inner leaves. Fast Vantage Cabbage prefers to be grown in full sun and requires plenty of water every week. Your cabbage is ready to be harvested when the heads form a tight firm ball. Cabbage can be eaten raw or cooked and fresh, uncut heads can be stored up to 2 weeks from harvest. We recommend refrigerating them in a loose fitting plastic bag, making sure not to wash them before storing.
