Planted in full sun to part shade locations, these heat tolerant plants prefer to grow in moist, well drained soil. Use in your landscape as a border, in mass, or in container combinations. I like to use Sunstar Pink Pentas as a border. I get a lot of sun along the front of my flower bed. Pink Pentas shows lots of color and holds up in the heat very well. Pentas are nice sturdy plants. I cut the spent blooms about once a month. Very low maintenance.
