- Great Thriller,
- Attracts Butterflies
Description
(Summer Snapdragon) Angelflare™ Black Angelonia surely adds a dramatic effect to the garden, with its deep purple/almost black flowers. These small flowers form well-spaced clusters that stand vertically on tall stems of deep green foliage. This particular angelonia grows in a V-shaped, upright habit that is also spreading. It stands 8-12 inches tall and has a width of 12-18 inches. Angelflare™ Black Angelonia grows best in full sun and requires light watering. It is easy to care for and it can withstand the heat. Try planting in a container, on the patio, or in the landscape next to other summer-blooming plants. We recommend fertilizing your annuals once a week with a water-soluble fertilizer. The unique black flower color makes this angelonia a great addition to the garden and the perfect choice to add contrast to containers or out in the landscape.
