Description
(Clematis) Bold and bright, Boulevard® Issey™ Clematis makes a striking appearance in the garden or landscape! Featuring vibrant magenta flowers with a subtle yellow center, this clematis is perfect for patio containers. Climbing only 3 to 4 feet tall, it stays nice and compact, yet still brings height and vertical interest to the garden. Plant in full sun to part shade locations and keep the roots well-shaded by your favorite low growing plants or mulch. Regular watering will keep your clematis looking good all summer. The more sun the plants, the more prolific the blooms. Blooming on new and old growth, Boulevard® Issey™ Clematis is part of prune group 3. These flowers will emerge in the early spring (May-June) and then again in the late summer (August-September). Plant with other complimentary climbing plants for a fun look in the garden.
