EZ Scapes™ – Buzz & Bloom #2 – Garden Kit

This sun-loving garden kit keeps pollinators busy from late spring into fall. Kaleidoscope™ ‘Orchid Flash’ Hardy Ice Plant opens the show with a carpet of orchid-pink blooms on a low, spreading mat in late spring and early summer. Living Large® ‘Big Sky’ Perennial Salvia follows in early to midsummer with tall spikes of violet-blue flowers that bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds love. As summer winds down, Rock ‘N Grow® ‘Back in Black’ Stonecrop shows off near-black foliage topped with cream blooms with red centers, which carry on into fall. Prairie Winds® ‘Totem Pole’ Switch Grass anchors the planting all season as a tall, strictly upright column of steel-blue foliage, then finishes with golden seed heads for fall and winter interest.

Grow this easy-care combination in full sun in zones 5-8. It is drought tolerant once established, attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, and delivers color and texture from spring through fall.
