Heart to Heart® 'Va Va Violet' Caladium

Heart to Heart™ Va Va Violet™ Caladium is a Strap Leaf Caladium featuring elongated leaves with a light ruffled appearance. Va Va Violet™ in one of the first violet Caladiums on the market. Its foliage is primarily bright violet pink with deep pink veining edged in deep green borders. The elongated heart shaped leaves form an upright mounding habit standing 12-18 inches tall and 8-10 inches wide. Heart to Heart™ Va Va Violet™ prefers to be grown in part shade to full shade locations. Caladiums generally do not like to be colder than 50 degrees so plant accordingly to your location. Caladiums are extremely heat tolerant, but we do recommend watering regularly keeping the soil moist but not wet. Heart to Heart™ Va Va Violet™ Caladium is a great thriller for combination planters, or mix in your annual and perennial beds for a colorful leafy addition. Once your warm weather season is over (in the North), it can be brought indoors to be enjoyed as a tropical houseplant.
