- Large Double Flowers,
- All Season Color,
- Part to Full Shade,
Description
(Tuberous Begonia) Illumination® Apricot Shades Begonia produces large, cascading flowers that will display shades of salmon, apricot, coral, and yellow. Illumination® Apricot Shades has a compact growth habit reaching a height of 4-8 inches, but trails beautifully up to 24 inches, making it a great choice for hanging baskets, window boxes, and combination containers. Illumination® Apricot Shades is heat tolerant and should be grown in part to full shade locations with well-drained soil. Be ready to see some hummingbirds, as its flowers attract these pollinators. It will begin to bloom in early spring and continuously bloom throughout spring, summer, and fall until the first frost. Be sure to use fresh, quality potting soil when planting your container, and keep your begonias well watered and fed throughout the season.
