The deep purple blooms are consistent on this Lobularia. Blooming from early summer into the fall, this sterile Alyssum has one job and that is to produce flowers, there is no downtime producing seeds which means flowers, flowers, and more flowers. Planted in full sun to part shade locations, VIOLET KNIGHT™ stands 6-12 inches tall and spreads to 24 inches wide. The small purple, lightly fragrant flowers form tons of clusters that cover this upright mounding habit plant. VIOLET KNIGHT™ Lobularia mixes well with geraniums, petunias, and other trailing annuals in containers and baskets. Lobularia attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, and pollinators to the garden. To keep your annuals looking fresh, we recommend fertilizing every 1-2 weeks. If needed a light trim will promote branching for a thicker/fuller plant.
