Its leaves are roughly 2" in size, and the plant overall can grow as tall as 12-20 inches in cooler climates and may reach up to 48 inches in warmer areas. Eucalyptus does not handle frost well, and it will act as an annual in any area that does receive frost. However, warmer zones (zones 9-11) might see this plant act as a tender perennial.
