It showed so much promise but died. I contacted Garden Crossing and got no where. Going to my local greenery. They guarantee their plants for a year.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your plant did not make it. We truly want every customer to have success with their plants.

Our plant guarantee covers plants for 30 days after delivery, and unfortunately, we were not contacted about this plant until after that warranty period had passed. We always encourage customers to reach out as soon as they notice a plant beginning to decline. Sending us a few photos early on gives our team the opportunity to help troubleshoot what may be happening and, when applicable, take care of the plant under our guarantee.

We know it’s disappointing to lose a plant, and we’re always happy to help with growing and care questions whenever we can.

Love this Shrub, had it for about 2years, love the Red berries in the Fall. Great for decorating Winter containers!
