- Lovely Fragrance,
- Blooms on New and Old Growth
Description
(Lilac) The most prolific flowering lilac to date is Syringa Bloomerang Ballet™ Lilac. Known for their reblooming abilities are the Syringa Bloomerang series of lilacs. Syringa Bloomerang Ballet™ is the strongest rebloomer out there. The pink-purple flowers bloom in early summer and then ramp up again in late summer or early fall. Hardy in zones 3-7, this cold-loving shrub likes to be grown in full-sun locations with well-drained soil. Standing 3-4 feet tall and wide, Lilac Bloomerang Ballet™ forms a compact mound. Lilacs create a fragrant hedge, foundation planting, or garden specimen. Blooming on new and old growth we recommend a light prune after the spring bloom to keep the plant tidy and encourage a stronger rebloom. This deer-resistant shrub is sure to bring joy to the garden. Syringa Bloomerang Ballet™ is a Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Shrub.
