Description

(African Daisy) A favorite in our trials, Bright Lights™ Double Moonglow put on a consistent show all summer long. Standing 8-12 inches tall and wide, it was an excellent choice for our container planters. The frilly yellow center is edged with creamy yellow petals forming a semi double daisy like flower. The upright mounding habit mixes well with Supertunias® and Superbells® for a striking combination. This heat tolerant osteo is well suited for full sun to part shade locations. Osteospermum prefer a well drained location and do not do well if they have 'wet feet'. Bright Lights™ Double Moonglow is known to 'bury its dead' meaning that deadheading is not needed. It is a great selection for containers and ground plantings as long as the drainage is good. Enjoy the airy appearance of this Osteospermum in your garden and container designs.

I absolutely love these plants. They are in containers on my back patio receiving morning sun and afternoon shade and look wonderful mixed with some wire vine.

I didn't have a chance to plant the fall lineup in my front door containers because these are still blooming in the middle of December in Zone 6b/7a. They have survived night temperatures in the mid-20s. Great no fuss plant that just keeps producing lovely flowers.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the consistent blooms all season long. The double flower is stunning.
