Colorblaze® Wicked Hot® Coleus

(Coleus) It doesn’t have to be flowers that bring beautiful color to your planters, check out the foliage of ColorBlaze® Coleus. The bold copper orange foliage of ColorBlaze® Wicked Hot™ coleus features heavily serrated edges with a splash of pinks and greens throughout the foliage. Standing 24-40 inches tall and spreading up to 36 inches wide, coleus is a great selection for mass planting, borders, and container planters. Planted in full sun to part shade locations, ColorBlaze® Wicked Hot™ coleus is an easy to grow annual with average water requirements. As it matures, you may find that you will need to increase the daily watering. The ColorBlaze® series of coleus have been bred to bloom very late in the season so that you rarely will see a flower. If flowers start to form or if your plant is getting taller than desired, we recommend pinching it back to your desired height. The plant will in turn produce more foliage for a fuller looking plant. We recommend planting in full sun for the richest flower color.
