Description

(Oakleaf Hydrangea) Gatsby Pink® Hydrangea is an outstanding native Oakleaf Hydrangea standing 6-9 feet tall. This beauty really puts on a show! The huge cone shaped blooms feature lacy florets that start out bright white and quickly change to pink as they age. The flowers stand up well to the weather and are more water resistant than other oakleaf varieties. In the fall, the foliage turns a nice shade of burgundy for late-season enjoyment. Gatsby Pink® Hydrangea is truly a shrub for all seasons and will perform best in full sun to part shade locations with moist, well-drained soil. Do not over-fertilize this variety. The flowers bloom on old growth, so if your shrub needs a trim, be sure to do so after it is done blooming. It is a Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Shrub.
