(Corkscrew Rush) Looking for a funky fun thriller for your containers? Check out Juncus 'Curly Wurly'! Hardy in zones 5-9, this perennial grass is versatile not only in container combinations but in the landscape as well. Standing 12-18 inches tall and spreading up to 20" wide, the dark green, twisted, spiraled foliage adds a unique texture. This is the most 'touched' grass in the greenhouse due to its unique texture. Planted in full sun to part sun locations, Juncus 'Curly Wurly' prefers wet to moist locations, although it handles average garden soil quite well as long as it is getting regular irrigation. Pair with your favorite annuals for a colorful, unique planter.
