Description
(Coneflower) Coneflowers are a popular perennial that shows off mid-summer blooms. The unique coloration of Echinacea 'Green Twister' has to be seen. As the flowers start to open they present with petals that are shades of green, as the flowers fully open the inner portion of the petal presents shades of pink. So when fully open you have a pink flower with an extra wide green margin. Standing 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide, 'Green Twister' forms a dense plant with tall, sturdy flower stems. Hardy in zones 3-8, coneflowers like to be planted in a full sun location. These native flowers are heat and drought-tolerant as well as deer-resistant. Enjoy the butterflies that come to visit your garden. Echinacea 'Green Twister' makes a beautiful specimen or plant in mass for an eye-catching display of color in your garden.

L
Lacy H. I am pleased with this coneflower; it is more robust than other varieties and grows well in my western PA clay soil and rainy climate. It was great to receive a strong established plant, as some mail order plants are too small and fragile to transition into your garden. Green Twister's colors blend well with other plants. Highly recommended!
