As the flowers start to open they present with petals that are shades of green, as the flowers fully open the inner portion of the petal presents shades of pink. So when fully open you have a pink flower with an extra wide green margin. Standing 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide, 'Green Twister' forms a dense plant with tall, sturdy flower stems. Hardy in zones 3-8, coneflowers like to be planted in a full sun location. These native flowers are heat and drought-tolerant as well as deer-resistant.
