Description
(Elderberry) Add color to your garden! Lemony Lace® Sambucus is a golden green Elderberry that is getting a lot of attention! The new growth starts off as an orangey-red and then turns to a golden green. Not only does Lemony Lace® elderberry bring you bright colored leaves, the foliage is also deeply cut, creating an extremely delicate, airy texture. In the spring white flowers appear that will turn into bright red fruit in the fall. Standing 3-5 foot tall, Lemony Lace® creates an airy mounding appearance. This deer resistant variety grows well in full sun (northern climates), to light shade (southern climates) locations and is hardy in zones 4-7.
