The flowers of Lil' Forest™ Plum are a deep plum color, with a straw like texture. The foliage is very airy with a tall stem that holds up the flower. Gomphrena Lil' Forest™ Plum is a great filler that mixes well with just about any combination of flowers. We recommend mixing with Salvia, Coleus, and Superbena just to name a few. Planted in full sun, this garden jewel will not only be an attraction, but will attract butterflies. Lil Forest plum is a nice small gomphrena. It is blooming non stop. I originally ordered the "Ping Pong Purple" gomphrena, but they arrived with severe fertilizer burn. Garden Crossings was kind enough to send out this plant, instead of me waiting for the ping pongs to recover. I love shopping with this greenhouse!!
