Description

(Carpathian Bellflower) Enjoy season-long color with Campanula Mini Marvels™ 'Midnight'. Blooming in late spring and lasting until late summer, this campanula features an abundance of dark purple flowers. Its small leaves and foliage are bright green in color. Its compact growth habit and cozy size make it a great plant to feature in small spaces or in mass as a garden border. It can grow to reach a max height of 6-8 inches, and can spread up to 10-12 inches. It is hardy in zones 3-8, and grows best in well-drained, moist soil. Plant in full sun to part shade areas. If you are located in a southern zone, make sure these plants get some afternoon shade. Campanula 'Midnight' is deer resistant, and will attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies. This campanula is part of the Mini Marvels™ series and is perfect for rock gardens, containers, or mass planting. Campanula 'Midnight' is a Proven Winners® Perennial.
