Standing 2½ to 3 feet tall and spreading to 2 feet wide, 'Rocket's Red Glare' features tall upright spikes of red flower buds that open to a creamy yellow bloom. The dark green grass like foliage adds additional vertical interest to this perennial. Blooming from early summer and reblooming until Fall, this long season bloomer is sure to create a buzz in your garden. Speaking of buzz… Pyromania® 'Rocket's Red Glare' is bee friendly and attracts hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden. Hardy in zones 5b( with protection) to zone 9, Red Hot Pokers give a little tropical flair to the garden. You can remove the dead blooms when they are done flowering.
