Description
(Hosta) Fill in a large spot in your shade garden with Hosta Shadowland® 'Miss America'! This is a large hosta that stands 19 inches tall and spreads up to 55 inches wide. Midsummer, lavender buds open to near white blooms with lavender veining on tall upright stems that reach 55-61 inches. The heart-shaped foliage is medium green with crisp white centers. Hardy in zones 3-9, it likes to be planted in part shade to full shade locations in average to fertile soil conditions. This rapidly growing hosta is easy to grow and is noted for its attractive foliage. Hostas are often planted in mass mixing several varieties for their contrast of colors, heights, and styles. Hosta Shadowland® 'Miss America' is a member of the Proven Winners® Perennial Collection.
