Description

(Rieger Begonia) The SOLENIA® series of Begonias are sure to impress. The compact mounded plants are well-branched and are covered continuously with vibrant double blooms. SOLENIA® Begonias have more wind resistance than other Begonias, keeping them from splitting and breaking. The SOLENIA® Chocolate Orange rieger begonia has dark chocolate-hued, mildew-resistant foliage that is a striking backdrop for the deep orange blooms. Growing 8-12" high and wide, SOLENIA® Chocolate Orange is great for hanging baskets, window boxes, combination containers, or landscape borders in full sun to part sun locations. SOLENIA® Begonias are shade tolerant, especially in the hottest areas of the country where they will do well with afternoon shade. Water regularly but do not let them get too wet. Applying a water-soluble fertilizer once a week will ensure that your plants will look their best all season long.

So far so good! Plants came in very good condition and have had them in the ground for about 2 months. Will be interested in seeing how they do this summer as we have pretty hot Augusts.
