Description

(Coneflower) Add a white Coneflower to your garden and watch the other colors 'pop'! Give the SOMBRERO® series a try. Compact in size, Echinacea SOMBRERO® ‘Blanco’ has crisp white petals that nicely overlap, creating the framework for the golden yellow cone. Standing 22-24 inches tall and spreading 18-20 inches wide, SOMBRERO® 'Blanco' is held up on sturdy, well-branched stems with deep green foliage. The bright blooms of SOMBRERO® 'Blanco' start blooming in early summer and continue to bring a flurry of color all summer long. We recommend deadheading to increase your flower power. In addition to color, Echinacea SOMBRERO® ‘Blanco’ has a light fragrance to enjoy. Enjoy the flutter of hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees in the summer and as the season turns, the songbirds will enjoy the seeds of the spent blooms. Coneflowers are a staple plant to any sun-loving garden and can tolerate drought conditions. An easy-to-grow, native perennial.

The sombrero blancos were delivered upside down. I was a little worried about them. They are doing well.

Set up a border with white yellow and red - they are great and extra full for plants just planted this spring - going back for more next spring.
