(Butterfly Flower) Enjoy the wispy pink blooms of Gaura Stratosphere™ White as a thriller in your combination containers. Gaura Stratosphere™ White stands 12-24 inches tall and spreads to 12 inches wide. The wispy bright white blooms dance above the airy green foliage. Gaura like to be grown in full sun areas and are hardy in zones 6-11. Although we are selling this as an annual, in some areas of the country it may come back year after year. Gaura Stratosphere™ White is drought tolerant and attracts butterflies to the garden. With its long bloom time from spring through summer, you may find that your Gaura Stratosphere™ White gets a little long and leggy. If this is the case, we recommend giving it a slight trim to encourage additional branching and more flowers that will be nestled in closer to the main foliage. Enjoy Gaura Stratosphere™ White in hanging baskets, patio planters, or planted in your garden to add an airy look.

This plant looked so lovely when it arrived, but I did not expect my gaura to grow much this first season. Well, I vastly underestimated it. It has taken off! It's so pretty I wish I had ordered more than one. Will do so next season. This is my first order from GC, but it will definitely not be my last.

I planted this 2023. It reached a height of 4 ft. And 3 ft wide. Kept cutting it back and it grew again. Love love this plant I’m zone 6.

I planted Stratosphere White Gaura in a huge pot all on its' own. I am so happy to have found this plant on this site - no where to be found in local nurseries. I can hardly wait for it to start filling the pot spilling over the sides. Our Monarchs are going to love it!
