Took a risk on the mid July shipping from MI to CA because of the beautiful description of this plant and was initially disappointed with the crispy leaves and little hope it would survive. Cut off the dead parts and placed it in a favorable spot in my garden to recover until it showed it would survive being planted. After a week, two budding shoots began growing from the base and I planted it 10 days ago. It is now bushier and very happily growing. It appears to love its new location and we look forward to its continued development to enjoy the pretty blooms in the years to come. Will gladly update this review to 5 stars when that time arrives.
