Description

(Clematis) Clematis 'Sunset' is aptly named! It will dazzle your garden with gorgeous 4-6 inch flowers, deep plum-red with purple highlights resembling the colors of a magnificent sunset. Each textured petal has a satiny cerise central bar. Buttery-yellow anthers are also a wonderful accent. Blooming in May to June and again in September, 'Sunset' is a very free flowering variety. Standing 6-10 feet tall, 'Sunset' Clematis is well suited for trellises, arbors or mingling up fences. This deer and rabbit resistant variety is a stunning addition to your full sun to part shade gardens.
