(Petunia) The perfect color yellow that we have been waiting for in the SUPERTUNIA® collection is now here, SUPERTUNIA® SAFFRON FINCH™! The beautiful large petunia flowers feature a bright yellow center that slightly fades out to medium yellow. In the south, you may find the colors are more subtle in the heat. This prolific bloomer has caught all kinds of attention in our flower beds. Standing up to 12 inches tall and spreading up to 24 inches wide, SUPERTUNIA® SAFFRON FINCH™ has the perfect mounding habit for landscape designs. If baskets and planters are more your style, SAFFRON FINCH™ is a great selection for a mono planter or mix with your favorite purple and pinks for a stunning look. Planted in full sun to part sun locations, this SUPERTUNIA® is a stellar garden performer that attracted butterflies and hummingbirds. We recommend a continuous-release fertilizer when they are planted and water-soluble fertilizer once a week. Feed Them, They'll Look Fabulous! SUPERTUNIA® SAFFRON FINCH™ may benefit from an occasional haircut. We recommend trimming one-third of the plant as needed to promote additional branching resulting in more flowers.
