Sweet Emotion Blaze® Abelia
- Fragrant Blooms|Long Flowering|Great Fall Foliage
Description
(Abelia) Allow us to introduce you to SWEET EMOTION BLAZE™ Abelia! This abelia not only puts on a lovely show in the garden during the spring and summer, it also has fabulous fall colors. In the spring, fragrant flower clusters form with subtle pink petals. In autumn, the green foliage turns to hues of yellow, orange, and red. The more sunlight this plant receives, the more vibrant its fall colors will be. SWEET EMOTION BLAZE™ is larger compared to other varieties of abelia, and can reach a height of 5-6 feet and a width of 4-5 feet. Although large in size, it boasts better branching and growth habit and performs well in containers. Abelia likes to be grown in full sun to part shade locations and in moist, well-drained soil. It blooms on old growth, so only trim if necessary, and do so only just after the plant blooms. This abelia is deer-resistant and its fragrant flowers will attract pollinators. SWEET EMOTION BLAZE™ Abelia is a stunning addition to your garden as a specimen plant, or plant it near a window or entrance and let the breeze bring the sweet aroma indoors. SWEET EMOTION BLAZE™ Abelia is a PROVEN WINNERS® COLORCHOICE® Flowering Shrub.

Reviews
The plant arrived with the soil spilled out from the pot. I believe a part of the root become dry because the plant seems to be dying slowly. More leaves become brown and eventually fall off. Initially the leaves were green but the exposed root must have been a problem.
I just built a new house and I want box woods and a lot of color flowers that will come back every year
Pretty flowers that come back all the time.
