Description

(Peach-leaved Bellflower) Enjoy early summer blooms with Campanula 'Takion Blue'. This low-growing, long-blooming perennial stands 16-20 inches tall and spreads 16 inches wide. The bell-shaped, 2 ½ inch lavender blue flowers are on strong stems nestled above the bright green grassy foliage. Unlike other Campanula, 'Takion Blue' has up and outward-facing flowers. Hardy in zones 3-8, 'Takion Blue' Campanula likes to be grown in full sun to part sun locations. Blooming early summer through the fall, this long-blooming perennial is a good selection for borders, mass plantings, or patio containers. Deer-resistant, 'Takion Blue' bellflower attracts butterflies and pollinators in the garden.

NICE!

So far, so good! First year with these; they are very small, maybe 4-5" across right now. The flowers are lovely! Unfortunately, some critter keeps nipping off the buds so I had to surround with a wire cage. Hopefully they will flourish and come back next spring.
