EZ Scapes™ - Clay Soil Solution #2 - Garden Kit

Tough soil can make gardening difficult, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The right plants for the right location are what the EZ Scapes™ Clay Soil Solution #2 Garden Kit offers. Start your season with the light periwinkle-blue flowers of ‘String Theory’ Blue Star, whose fine, threadlike foliage adds interest all season long. Rainbow Rhythm® ‘Orange Smoothie’ Daylily brings orange blooms with a light rose band in midsummer, and it blooms again later in the season. Color Coded® ‘Yellow My Darling’ Coneflower rounds out the season with rich yellow flowers that are great for pollinators, and the seedheads left standing feed the birds. The garden wouldn’t be complete without the wide, arching, powder-blue foliage of Prairie Winds® ‘Niagara Falls’ Switch Grass. Enjoy the motion it brings to the garden, plus the cream seed heads that add fall and winter interest.

This collection is built for full sun and is hardy in zones 4-8. Chosen to handle tough clay soil, it keeps bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and songbirds visiting the garden from spring through fall.
